Therapy Fees

I offer a 20 minute free phone consultation for people interested in therapy. During this time, together we will assess your needs and whether we are a fit. I'd like to learn what is bringing you to therapy, and ways you are looking to be supported. If we decide to continue with the process we will set a time for our in person meeting.

I typically meet with individuals for 50 minutes once a week. In some situations, more than once would be beneficial. Please inquire in case of interest or to ask questions.

Couples therapy is most efficiant when done in 75 minute sessions.

I am happy to discuss fees during the free initial phone conversation. I realize that weekly, ongoing therapy is a cost commitment. If you are financially burdened, we can discuss whether you are eligible for a sliding scale fee.

Cancellation policy
I have a 48 hours cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged my full fee.
