My work as a therapist is to guide you toward that voice that is already inside. Whether you are depressed, anxious, self-loathing, doubtful, irritated, frustrated, angry or dissatisfied, that force is there and is pushing you to get support, and to aspire for more aliveness and contentment.

I am here to help you walk this path; you don't need to do it alone. We all have our blind spots.
